Not one thing was good about this place that i could find. The pool was empty, all the weight equipment was broken and outside, the breakfast was nasty and cold and to top it all off, I had a mouse in my room that came out of a hole in the wall. Id have been better sleeping in my car

The Quality Inn in Weston, West Virginia, is an older and outdated property, and there is a noticeable odor throughout the location. The building and furnishings could definitely benefit from updating. That said, the staff was professional, friendly, and pleasant, which made a positive difference in the overall experience. Most importantly, the room was clean and properly maintained, which I appreciated. While the property itself could use significant updates and improvement, the cleanliness of the room and the professionalism of the staff deserve recognition. With renovations and attention to the property's odor and overall appearance, this location could provide a much better experience for guests.

Staff was great, room was ok. Bed was pretty hard, I think their maintenance person took a long vacation - weeds everywhere and random pieces of gym equipment outside. The grill and lounge was ok but it shouldn’t be called a grill - 90% was Indian food. Not what I was expecting for a place being called a grill. Food was good but not what I was really looking for.

The bathtub had black mold, the room smelled mold spore, the furniture had green mold on it. We asked for a refund, but the desk clerk couldn’t give it without authorization from a manager. We left and found another hotel to stay in. I wouldn’t let an animal overnight there. I will be reporting to the local health department. It needs mold remediation before anyone should stay there.

Quality of stay reflected the price. I wanted basic clean bed and bathroom, that’s what I got. Breakfast was mediocre at best, precooked eggs hard and flavorless. Coffee was drinkable but ai dodn’t fo back for a 2nd cup. I’d stay again only for a 1 night arrive late-wake up- drive.
