Is the studio suitable for remote work?
▹The studio includes a dedicated workspace with an iMac and fast Wi-Fi for all your remote work needs.
How far is the beach?
▹ Compo Beach is just an 8-minute drive from the studio, perfect for a quick seaside escape! NOTE: All local beaches in the area require a residential sticker to park between May and October Or you can pay the hefty daily fee. Ride Share from a nearby restaurant after brunch is usually our suggestion.
Are there laundry facilities available?
▹ While there’s no in-unit laundry, local laundromats and laundry services are available nearby.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the studio apartment via a private entrance. Your entrance is located to the left of the garage, through a gate marked with an X. The smart lock code will be sent 30 minutes before your check-in time.
The Neighborhood:
The studio is located in a quiet Westport neighborhood, just minutes from downtown, beaches, and parks. You'll be close to everything Westport has to offer while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Getting Around:
The studio is conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to explore the area. Both I-95 and the Merritt Parkway (Exit 18 and Exit 42) are nearby. Parking is available in the driveway for up to two cars.
Other Things to Note:
✓ The studio is designed for double occupancy, and can comfortably sleep one guest or one couple. Additional guests up to 4 may be accommodated for an extra charge per person, per night and we can provide an aerobed and/or bedding for the couch.
✓ Pre-arrival form and ID verification requested upon booking
✓ Maximum occupancy is 4

✓ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
✓ No parties or events
✓ No commercial photography or videography
✓ No smoking of any kind inside the studio or outside within the property
✓ The studio is the lower unit of an entire home. Noise will likely travel to the studio from the upstairs renters/residents. You should expect foot traffic, floor squeaking, or vibration and we are currently working on offering a solution for future guests.
✓ Other than to access the studio door, the outdoor space is off-limits to renters.
