“Hotel location was great, as we climbed Croagh Patrick before checking in and it was in walking distance of the Westport City Center. The car park is tight!”

“Very bare bones hotel, no tea/coffee, water glasses, tv, etc. Fine if you are in and out for one night, but simply just a room with a bed.”

“Nice hotel experience. Staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and it was conveniently located in the middle of town near lots of food options. Worth a stay if you find yourself in Westport.”

“Best thing about this place is the bed and reception staff. Bed was incredibly huge and comfortable. Reception staff were great, helpful and understanding. Sadly that's it. The pool area, changing rooms and surrounding areas very unhighenic. Lots was also out of order, the steam room and jacuzzi for example. Broken hairdryers and lockers in the changing rooms. Drinks and dinner was expensive but service was pretty bad. I struggled to get served at the bar while the staff were busy arguing with……

“Parking was easy and plentiful. Rooms are dated and the bathroom we had was incredibly small. Had to bend around sink to use toilet. Breakfast was very nice with several cooked to order options. Beds and pillows need replacement.”

“The resort is a bit out of the way but that was what made it special. No cell phone coverage at the resort so you have time to reset and enjoy your surroundings.”

“Great location in Cong. Close to everything. Parking wasn't a problem. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The only advice is that they don't have an elevator/lift. If you're on the second floor, you will have to haul your luggage up a narrow flight of stairs. Also, like most places in Ireland, no wash clothes. ”
