「Our stay was wonderful - terrific restoration of a hotel with history. Easy parking, great restaurant and bar, really nice pool and outdoor bar. Staff was very welcoming. Rooms are smaller, but nice.」

「This is a great place to stay! It’s close to everything. It’s in the heart of Dunedin. I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s clean, the room is comfortable and the staff is wonderful. Breakfast every morning doesn’t disappoint. I’ve stayed here a couple times now and will continue to return and refer. 」

「Very nice breakfast and friendly staff . The shower had very low pressure and the shower knob fell off and also half way thru starting making a terrible sound like a freight train. The temperature in the room was also very hard to regulate. Very close to the airport so very convenient. For the cost it was worth it but definitely not the best shower experience. 」
