"Not a fan of the breakfast "

"I've stayed here twice. Minutes from the Galleria. I love that it gives the luxurious feel and comfort however there are some spots that could use a little bit of love. The microwave was difficult to operate. There was no Channel guide for tv and when i pressed the info button it was blank. I was told there were none available when I asked. There was also no notepad or pen, I like to write things down especially when there are several places Im researching in the area. Little things matter. I think paying $25/night to park is ridiculous when the gate was never closed and anyone could get in. There is nowhere else to park so there's no choice."

"Check in was quick. Staff was very nice room was super clean. My daughter loved it looked just like the pictures no weird smells no bugs of any kind. I do see that they are under renovation which is also exciting and above all the price was awesome."

Hotel is in a good location to the highway with plenty of restaurants and a mall next door. Great stay and can't wait to get back."
