“We reserved 2 nights. I looked at the room before paying for it. I did not look at the bedding that was turned down and the linen was misty smelling and to find the coverlets were very dirty on he top edges that you pull up. I told one of the cleaning ladies about it and she told me she would tell the cleaning lady for the first floor when she arrived. That evening when we arrived back to the room the bedding had been changed and the room had a fresher smell. The breakfast is not much to……

“Room was not clean!!! Also, I put food in a plastic bag in the fridge and it smelled like beer which tells me it wasn't cleaned properly!!!!”

“Overall cleanliness and stay was fine. I would have given 5 stars, but the bathroom shower had hair on the walls, the continental breakfast was pretty scarce...and I don't know if they are just shorthanded with regards to someone who takes care of the outdoor grounds? There are 4 large flower pots at the entrance with nothing but cigarette butts in them...and the filth in the lobby floors that was dragged through just sat there all morning without someone at least coming to sweep and mop. A yellow bucket, full of dirty mop, water and a dirty mop was right at the front desk Our Shower had mildew growing along the edge Breakfast buffet might’ve been OK if it had been refilled. We asked if there were any more boiled eggs and we received a sigh and the attendant went back to get some more.”

“The rooms are clean and recently renovated. There is no elevator or hot tub. The pool is ok and the sauna is way too small. The lake side of the property needs worked on desperately. One of the online descriptions mentioned a spa but there is no spa. The pillows were terrible but the beds were comfortable. The place was quiet but there were not too many guests when we were there. The rooms were clean. Breakfast area was too small and while the food was good, the choices of food were very……

“This hotel is in obvious decline. I'd give it a poor review, but I had a good nights sleep, so it was comfortable enough and a budget property. It also was one block away from my worksite.”
