「I received an email without start & comfort codes. I takes me about 1-hour to get into my apartment. It is also very inconvenience and expensive for a foreigner to make an emergency call. It will be charged as international phone call. The whole activation/access processes should be reviewed and improved.」

「Overall it was good experience. But there is no reception. Check in was terrible. Waiting lot of time infront of the front door, then again lot time infront of the room door. Finally after Al transfer me to the supporting team the issue was resolved. 」

「Todo excelente y muy bonito y completo y accesible para las zonas turísticas lo único que podría sugerir que para los huéspedes con estancias largas como en mi caso 5 días coloquen insumos extras necesarios para cubrir la estancia como papel higiénico jabón de platos ya que fue difícil conseguirlo y tuve que proporcionarmelos por mi propios medios 」

「It feels like deep inside the forest, yet Aldi, Penny, and other shops are only 2-3 minutes drive away. The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that we were staying at the top floor and had to walk three levels up the stairs (no elevator) - fortunately for the night we didn't need the large luggage (25kg), otherwise it would be a bummer. There is a gym in the building but is pretty basic. The hotel restaurant was closed at night and we had to go out for dinner at the bistro...
