「Staff was amazing and very accommodating」

「I was told Breakfast was only during the week when I arrived and it was also served on the weekends. My room was dirty and the beds had looked slept on. The bathroom was also dirty upon arrival.」

「My husband and I woke up with multiple bites all over our body. The room smelled bad. The bathroom had mold in it and the shower chair was coming off the wall. Would NOT recommend staying here.」

「Very nice place. Nice to have the restaurant across from hotel. Restaurant is awesome. Great food.」

「If you’re looking for a place, that’s roomy comfortable like home this is it. Bedding was top of the line. Kitchen lacked nothing owner. Brian stopped in a few times making sure everything was OK very accommodating all the way around. I don’t think it could be any better.」

「Staff was wonderful. Hotel is very nice.」

「bar closed. dining area closed. that is why we stayed there. false representation. dishonest. false advertising.」

Heating/water lines with rust:paint damage. All of that was nothing compared to the neighbors who had a large dog barking and two screaming children on top of the Packer game. What a disappointment. 「The first room we were given had a damaged shade. The second room was ok but had people across the hall with dogs. From 9:00 to midnight we had children in the room directly above us that ran around and not only was it noisy we could actually feel it in our room. I wouldn't stay there again.」

「The property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool water was amazingly warm, that's hard to find in hotels. The rooms are clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. The only downside is that they do not have an elevator which was rough with so much heavy luggage. Other than that I would recommend this hotel 100%.」
