"Great location to Whangarei. You can walk into the town. Watch the marina or go to the museum opposite. The room is a good size it comes with a sofa, large tv and tea and coffee (fridge included) the bathroom has a shower unit and a spa bath, if we had stayed longer we would have used it. There is an indoor swimming pool and spa centre on site. Ample parking included. "

"The property easily accommodated 12 of us. It is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for a big group. Despite the rain every day the spa was greatly appreciated by all. Ngunguru is a great place to holiday with easy access to many walks and beaches. Two of the boys learned to surf at Matapouri. A visit to Whale Bay is a must.The property is more rustic than we had expected from the photos but views are great and each room has plenty of light. We appreciated the owner making the effort to arrange a telescope so our German grandchildren could see the stars. Thanks Natalie."
