「The house was so beautiful and extremely clean, and well cared for. The property is very nice ,we enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub too. We have stayed at a few houses in the past but this was by far the very BEST. 「Serene and beautiful. More spacious even than it looks online. Wonderful place to retreat to with a group of couple friends or a family visiting the beautiful mountains and farms in the area. 「We had a wonderful stay at the Appalachian Resort hosted by Milagros & Sergio. They were incredibly friendly and gave us clear and helpful explanations from the start. The room was very clean, and it was great having the water park within walking distance. They also offered flexible early check-in depending on the situation, which we really appreciated. Whenever we had questions, they responded very quickly, so we felt completely comfortable during our stay. We would love to come back again!」

「Such a magical property! I came here with some friends for my birthday weekend and we had the most incredible time. The space- both indoors and out, is even more beautiful than the pictures (which never happens!). Everything was very clean and well kept. And the property manager was very supportive and communicative throughout. Providing lots of helpful information beforehand, and stayed in touch during my stay, even over the smallest things. We came during the summer but would love to come back...

「Overall it was a fantastic stay. Host was very communicative about property and where we can find anything that was needed. Plenty to do around the area and kept us busy for a week with the rain that came in. Recomend using a backpack luggage and it made the stairs easier to conquer!Just be prepared」

「House 1 flight down from street level. Outdoor deck is a flight of stairs down (wary if you have little kids)Kayaks another 4 more flights down. didnt use them, but looked fun. Jetty quite high to launch kayaks.House was clean, uncluttered and modernly furnished. Communication was excellent, and owner let us stay extra 1.5 hrs.」

「We came for 1 night on a weeknight, the room itself was fine but the next door neighbors (shared wall) were extremely loud (shouting after midnight) and smoking weed, which made our room smell. Would not recommend 」

"We came down to check out at 10:30 in the morning. I paid a cash deposit. They can't check out until they check the room. The front desk told me 5 minutes but made me wait for almost half an hour. Halfway through, I asked her how long it would take because I had to go to a meeting urgently. She gave me a very nonchalant attitude. It was already 11:10 when I got the deposit. What made me very unhappy was that I was the only one who wanted to check out. Do you want me to wait for half an hour in the morning?"
