“The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very rude to a person on the phone. She checked herself when talking to us. All the other staff were extremely nice and helpful. “Checked in on 2/18/26, front desk was super nice.
But we soon discovered bedbugs. Didn't want to believe the worst, but a Google image search with our magnified photos confirmed multiple individual bugs at various stages in their life cycle—an established population that didn’t magically appear when we arrived.
