The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV and windows that open to calm golf course and mountain views, paired with a nearby bathroom that includes a single vanity, bathtub, and overhead shower. The second bedroom adds versatility with a queen bed and a bunk bed, along with its own ensuite bathroom featuring a single vanity and glass-enclosed shower.

A dedicated mudroom at the entrance gives you space to store boots, layers, and winter gear. In-suite laundry with a washer and dryer supports longer stays, while wifi and a dedicated workspace make remote work or casual browsing simple. Guests also have secure underground parking, with free street parking available when conditions allow.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is included, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Blackcomb Greens is nestled beside the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, offering peaceful, forested surroundings with sweeping mountain views. • No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tub. The Blackcomb Greens complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted on this property
