Well executed basics with Location and Convenience

We’ve been to Whistler Blackcomb many times and over the year stayed in many properties. For this last trip we were pleased with The Sundial’s location, format and service. The junior suite with private hot tub is a hit, the location just a few steps from the Whistler Gondola and the convenience to store and tune your equipment overnight are to us just the ingredients required for a good skiing trip.

Great place

I'm local and rent places frequently. This is a repeat property for us now. Apres on your own patio! 1 min to lifts with gear concierge on your way out. Only complaint is the walk home from the restaurants is too short to work off your meal lol. Don't hesitate booking this room

Great location!

We loved our accommodations at Sundial Boutique Hotel. This is our 4th trip to Whistler in 2 years and this is our favorite so far. The private hot tub overlooking the mountain and village was awesome. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There are so many great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Rimrock Cafe and a breakfast at Blacks restaurant . Since this unit is in a hotel, daily maid service, toiletries, coffee and tea are provided. We had a wonderful time hiking and ran out of time to take advantage of a 1 hour complimentary bike rental offered. There are a couple of things I would like to mention. The pictures in the listing are of a corner unit which has more windows, a nicer view of the mountain and might be slightly bigger than the unit we were actually given. Our unit was great but slightly different than shown in the pictures. Hotel parking is a bit pricey-$32 which is more than we have encountered previously. Since we didn't use our car much we parked in a day parking lot which was close by and was $10. This is allowable in Spring/Summer but not during peak season. All in all we loved the unit and our time at Whistler and will be back.
