The staff were some of the best I have ever met, I am a retired International so I have seen many support staff, and they are some of the best. They are 5 star hotel quality.

Location of room in south wing, floor one, made coming and going into Village, plus shorter walk to Gondolas. Staff friendly, maids do a great job cleaning and changing towels/bedding. Rooms reasonably priced
