Requested a ground floor but they gave it away. Put on the 3rd floor. T.V. Didn’t work. Next day we were told the elevator didn’t work. Came back after lunch and we were moved to first floor. T.V didn’t work either. Breakfast was the worst.

The room was clean and spacious, but the property is in desperate need of an upgrade: gym shower controls in the bathroom, poor TV service, broken handles on fire doors, squeaky beds, harsh cleaning smell in the rooms. Front desk was seriously understaffed upon arrival, as well. Not a cheap hotel, Quality needs to invest in its upkeep and staffing or charge discount rates.

The air conditioning was not working. The window was leaking when it rained hard. The housekeeping policy was not explained at check in. When I requested a copy of a bill that shows that the security deposit was cancelled it was not provided. The front desk staff seemed untrained and not very hospitable.

Good location with lots of restaurants and things to do for our hockey tourney. The hotel is old and although there was some superficial renos the bed was old and the pull out sofa very uncomfortable. Staff was nice but one of our tvs was out of service almost the entire time of our visit. We paid extra for a room with efficiencies but the only thing it had (in addition to the cheaper suite with fridge and microwave) was a small sink. No oven or stove. Wasn’t worth the extra $20 per night. One positive was the little makeup desk with outlet. Great place to dry your hair and do your makeup.

We arrived late to the hotel and when we entered our room, the non-smoking room had a strong smell of stale smoke. It was definitely not a non-smoking room. The room was also cold. Because it was so late, I did not bother to follow up with the front desk. However, it was not comfortable. The next day, I asked about the heat before leaving the hotel. The front desk said it was a breaker that they had to flip. When I returned to the room later that evening, the room was still cold. I went back to the front desk and was again told it was a breaker they had to flip. I went back to the room and eventually the room started to warm up, however, it did take a long time. The door between the bedroom and bathroom did not close properly. The toilet paper holder was broken.

There was no heat and room didn't get above 17 C. They did not have an extra space heater so they gave us extra blankets. Very disappointed.
