"The room was perfect for my needs, with a nice view of the lake. It was quiet as well. The only issue I had was nearly falling on the sidewalk near the parking area due to ice hidden underneath the snow. "

"Five of us rented this house for a few days in Saratoga to tour restaurants and breweries. When we saw the picturescand the price we couldn't believe it! It turns out that reality was even better! The house was beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. From the dart board and bar in the basement to the cathedral ceiling in the incredible living room and the cozy bedrooms: everything was perfect. It was immaculately clean and well decorated with nice little touches like mints on the pillows and complimentary spring water. The view of the lake was breathtaking and we spent plenty of time taking it in on the various balconies and porches. We were all saying that we had to come back during the summer and maybe bring the wives! The host James was a real pleasure to deal with too! I had lots of questions from our group and he handled them all quickly and politely. I highly recommend the host and the house and hope to be back again!"

"I booked this property months ago but never got there.The host ignored my 4 texts for entry instructions, which started a few days before arrival date. Then hours before I should be checking in, the host texted me and said he was sorry that the unit was double booked and other people were there. He did offer the unit next door but my guests and I had already made other plans. Nothing like getting completely stressed AND having my vacation ruined. At least the customer service reps at VRBO were very helpful and processed a refund quickly. "
