"Thank goodness it was just for one night, it is very run down and miss matched. Staff was great and helpful, but very unfortunate that money is not put into maintenance. Only one elevator worked and that was just barley hanging on."

"The reason I booked this hotel was because it had a pool. The pool was closed for maintenance the night of our stay. The front desk clerk was amazing! She really did her job well. The bed was not overly comfortable and the pillows were not comfortable at all. There was no bedside clock. The breakfast was great. The young man working in the breakfast lounge was great! Very helpful and friendly. Lots of parking."

"I stayed one night in each of the last 2 weeks for day surgeries. The hotel was clean and quiet. There is a free breakfast buffet in a really nice breakfast room. Large tv in the room, along with coffee machines, and pods. This hotel has everything you need, and is close to many restaurants for dinner. Additionally, they offer a hospital rate if you are attending the hospital or clinic for a procedure. "

"I had problem with Expedia booking and cancellation staff. First we wanted a room with 2 Queen beds they gave us one king bed without explaining why. Just after booking we wanted to cancel it then no body answering the phone. We tried 800 number which was selling us lifeline every time we tried. There non 800 number keep dropping the line after few rings. So we ended up getting that room because hotel said they don’t have any for that night. Be aware when you book."

"basic room for the night ..rate was good but nothing too fancy ...have stayed here alot as it was very close to the hospital when I required medical procedures there usually yearly. very busy road and area back rooms are a bit quieter for sleep. "

"Beautiful hotel, but unfortunately the experience left me feeling really uncomfortable. About 30 minutes after checking in, a hotel staff member attempted to enter my room without warning. Thankfully I had the latch closed, but I was already settled into the room and on a work meeting when it happened. Regardless of what I was doing, having someone try to enter an occupied room unexpectedly is completely inappropriate and honestly made me uneasy for the rest of my stay. I reported it to the front desk shortly after and was given a complimentary drink coupon, but the situation itself was never really addressed in a meaningful way. The other major disappointment was the food. The restaurant service staff were kind and attentive, but the food itself was genuinely poor. My meal was dry, overcooked, and not enjoyable. I brought it to the attention of the restaurant manager at the time, but nothing was done. Later, the hotel offered to send up an alternate room service item instead. Unfortunately, that was somehow even worse. The vegetables looked dried out and old, ingredients listed on the menu were missing, and the entire plate looked unappetizing and poorly prepared. It’s unfortunate because the hotel itself is beautiful, but between the room privacy issue and the disappointing food experience, this stay did not meet expectations."

"Clean hotel, comfortable rooms, and great breakfast! A great spot for a last minute London stay that was budget friendly. We stayed with our kids. Lots of options for breakfast for them too."
