"Arrive a little past check in time. Did not know how to get in. Finally got key code and it was wrong, so cleaning lady brought us a code. We got in, started looking around and bed was filthy and we pulled out couch bed and could not find the linen or pillows. Finally found them stuff away in coffee table. "The view was amazing. We saw more bears during our drive to and from the condo than in the actually smoky mountain hikes and drives. Hot tub was not working one of the days we attempted. Laundry facilities were handy. Beds were ridiculously hard but that is pretty common with rentals. Kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils and kitchenware. Neighborhood felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!"
