“Nice quiet area right on the water. Property was clean, beds were comfy, owner was quick to respond when we had a question. An enjoyable stay.”

The cottage was stocked with all the things we needed, the beach was great for kids who wanted to explore and it was so quiet and peaceful. It was a real getaway from all the “noise” of life. We really appreciated how the host provided us with all the information we needed and we knew she was available to respond to us at anytime—but at the same time wasn’t constantly checking in. It genuinely felt like was arrived at……

“The house was the perfect setting for our family vacation. It had four separate Bedrooms that fit our family's needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable and three of them had en-suite bathrooms, making it very private for most everyone. The layout of the house provided lots of room for everyone to do their own thing, even though we spent most of the time on the back deck enjoying the beautiful sunny weather and breathtaking view of Orwell Cove. It is incredibly spacious and a great place to have a relaxing vacation. The area is also very peaceful and a great place to relax. “The Purple House is a wonderful place to stay. Having the wharf right there was great. Watching the fishing boats coming in, the beautiful sunsets and the ability to see the tide come in was a great experience.The house is full of history. Very well equipped and if anything came up Tammy was very quick to respond. I highly recommend this house to stay at.”
