「You could just barely see the beach over the dunes. The ac worked great!」

「Jessie, a staff member here, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He was very friendly and suggested a restaurant, which turned out to be awesome. He brought us some coffee pods when our room wasn't cleaned because we stayed in the room after the hotel cleaning staff went home. The other staff members greeted us when we came in and left and were helpful. Out of all the times I have stayed at a hotel, Jessie stands out as one of the friendliest and most helpful staff members.」

「Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.」

「Air conditioner did not keep room cool at night. My bed was horrible and blanket had stains all over both beds. Toilet would not even flush properly Friday night and then Saturday would not flush at all in the morning or that night. Would not recommend staying there 」

「The staff were so WONDERFUL! I had last minute changes and the staff were so sweet and helpful to get my updates made and accommodate my extra travelers. Janie kept in touch and made sure everything was taken care of. Monica made sure our stay was everything we needed and was always available! Breakfast was amazing, and the host was so good my group! JC was so welcoming when we arrived SUPER late that Friday evening, but made sure we were met with kindness and friendly service. BEST STAY EVER!...

「The walls by the desk had some very large green buggers stuck on the walls that was just absolutely nasty to look at. To top it off, the room also had German Roaches. My children and I had to kill 3 of them our selves. Absolutely a terrible experience, and I would not trade Hilton again for this place.」
