「The property was clean, and the staff was excellent」

「Rooms are on second and third floors. No elevator.stairs are steep. Steps narrow. Upon our arrival at 3:45PM our room was supposedly ready. However dirty sheets and towels remained on the floor and no bath soap. Also noted a dirty towel hung on the back of the bathroom door. Outside building plant foundation areas full of weeds and debris. Hotel rooms have been rehabbed and the decor is great. Location is great.Property needs improved customer focused management 」

「Great hotel! Only issue was we picked it specifically for the pool basketball hoop that was in the photo. There’s no basketball hoops in the pool.」

「We love this location and have stayed in it many times. This time our room had a funky smell. It was ok as long as we were running the air conditioner. Also there were ants on the table in-between the beds. We reported it to staff, they said they would have maintenance look into it. Other than that, we love this place and will return again.」

「The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.」

「The staff were friendly, informative, and extremely helpful. The house cleaning was immaculate. The hotel was clean inside and out. I had originally planned on just a stay for 5 days but chose to extend my stay another 7 days because of the way we were treated at La Quinta Milwaukee Airport. I would definitely recommend if your the area!」
