This place is Great! Great Location! Great Staff! The room was beautiful and Clean. At night you can see the Northern Light light up the sky. You may not see the actual lights but the sky at night is lit. You can NOT ask for a better location to enter the park. This is the place to stay!

Clean rustic sort of place. No TV but the owners gave us complimentary bear spray and snacks for when we went hiking. It's an all wood sort of building with a nice view of the woods and a nice second floor deck. We enjoyed our stay there and would go back.

A fantastic little resort just off West Glacier. Everyone at the resort was so chill and easy. We also did a white water rafting trip, and had a blast. Highly recommended.

We stayed several places during our trip but this one was our favorite. It’s family owned and came with a personalized touch that made you feel like a guest. The room was nice, the beds were comfy and it had ac. Highly recommend!

We were traveling with friends and we all agreed we wished we could stay longer than one night. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is a common area between the rooms that we sat in and enjoyed some wine together before going to bed. We also were given little bags of free hiking snacks enjoyed by the teenagers and adults. What a lovely touch. Check-in was super easy. We had dinner across the street at the campsite and it was delicious. Would love to go back and highly recommend!

The hotel was clean and plenty of parking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There are no amenities with the location, at minimum, would be nice to offer a coffee station besides the instant coffees in the room. The hiking snack bags were awesome and much appreciated!

The lodge is so cute with a comfortable common area for the guests. We enjoyed meeting others who were staying there on the outside deck. They also provide hiker snack bags which came in handy!

While the property itself is spacious, clean, and visually appealing, our overall stay was significantly impacted by poor customer service and a lack of communication. Excursion Handling & Cancellation Policy The hotel originally rescheduled our pre-booked rafting trip once, which we accommodated. However, when asked to reschedule a second time, the new time conflicted with our plans. While the hotel permitted the cancellation of the excursion, they refused to allow us to cancel our room reservation—despite the issue originating on their end. Furthermore, my subsequent request for resort credit or a room upgrade to offset this inconvenience went completely unaddressed. Check-in Experience On the day of arrival, we received an email stating that no staff would be present for check-in and that our key would be left attached to the office door. While functionally fine, it lacked the professionalism expected of a guest property. Unexpected Facility Closures Following a long day of travel, we planned to dine at the on-site café, only to find it closed. We were given no prior notice of this closure, forcing us to drive elsewhere for meal options. Regrettably, it felt as though our family's experience was disregarded due to the private staff event occurring that day. I hope this feedback—which I have also shared directly with management—helps improve communication and service standards for future guests.
