Condo 204 had dirty rugs. Kitchen fog was extremely dirty as well as the mattresses pad. Dust in bathroom. Bedroom tv didn’t work. Not happy with the cleaning.

Unit needs to be updated, kitchen has minimal cookware.

Unit needs to be updated, kitchen has minimal cookware. Arrangement of furniture in unit makes space cramped. But overall, place was clean, beds were comfortable. Liked washer/dryer unit. Needs a/c splitter unit downstairs, unit was stuffy except for upstairs bedroom where a/c unit located. Carpets should be swapped out for hardwood floors. BBQ was useless, would not light, old. For price of unit, it needs some TLC to justify the price.

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is well outfitted though it could certainly stand some updating. The units are well cared for. We did not have any issues with plumbing but as couple who have rented out numerous properties ourselves I don't think that telling the short term tenants to contact vendors and pay for it them selves is the proper way.
