Home was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Lots of space, clean and comfortable. Close enough to everything we had wanted to do while in the area.

My son and family have stayed there several times. The house is always clean, well equipped, safe and convenient to Big Fork. Many memories have been made in the family room The large TV, comfortable couches and dining facilities are a wonderful place to begin and end busy vacation days.

The property was perfect for our family gathering and prepping for a destination wedding. The owner was accommodating with a special request, which was much appreciated and responsive to questions. The house is on a quiet street and the star gazing from the back deck was amazing! Great location for a multi family get together.

Rented this house to accommodate my family for my son's wedding in Kalispell. I needed beds and showers and based on the photos I understood that this wasn't a 5 star property... but It fit the bill for ample bedrooms and adequate bathrooms for 7 of us to get ready. I've graded our stay "ok", because the following things were really sub par: first, communication with property manager was slow/ non existent. I had requested additional days be added to my stay but it took days to get a response back, then when I requested a later checkout than 10am. I received no response at all. The neighborhood was nice and very close to the historic town of Bigfork, but the neighbor next door's place was undergoing reconstruction and it looked bad and we heard hammering etc. Luckily, we were gone from the house most of the time, so it didn't impact us terribly. All the sink drains in the house were clogged and didn't drain properly. There was even a post it note warning us not to shave in the sinks...which we didn't- but it was rather disgusting when you couldn't wash your face or brush your teeth because the sinks were so slow to drain. Obviously, they knew it was an issue before our stay and it's something that needs to be addressed before people stay there again. We emptied the trash, stripped the beds, started the dishwasher, but we were only able to start the towels in the laundry and not dry them per the instructions...which, frankly, is a ridiculous request when you have a 10 am check out AND you've paid a cleaning fee. I assume others haven't dried the towels before they left, because many of the towels had that rank smell of towels that sat way too long before being dried. So, like a motel 6- it was ok.

House is dated but served our purpose well for a large 3 generation group. Large great room and basement . Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Quiet but walkable to town, a perfect scenario for us .
owner was hard to get a hold of and not very responsive but we got thru it.

Our son, Sean Landis, and three of his adult children and spouses stayed at the home for a bit of over a week. The house is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. our host, Leslie, Was always available by phone to clear up any questions or clarify any procedures. She was delightful.
The home is a healthy walk for a person to get to downtown Bigfork. For me it was a 15 minute drive to my accommodations in downtown Bigfork.
We are hoping to return to the same house next year, about the same time.

We rented this home for a funeral and needed a place to fit the whole family and grandchildren. It was spacious with plenty of rooms and wonderful atmosphere. It had all the pans and griddles we needed. We brought our own towels, since I'd heard there weren't that many. The beds were comfortable, except for one queen in the basement that my son said was hard. It was close to all the stores in town and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was nice, located in a housing division with a mountain side backyard view. The house was not very clean, could use better housekeeping. We were unable to find extra towels until they were located still in the dryer. The neighbors to the left dogs barked constantly and another neighbors dogs from up the street made themselves at home in the yard while we were at the house. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us however and in general the home is nice.
