“The house was really nice and cute. The location was ideal. Our family could ride our bikes to the beach, parks and even a couple restaurants!”

“This house is fantastic, the location is super close to town but away from others. You can still hear the traffic, but if you look up river, all you see is a stunning wetland river ecosystem and a sweet old railroad bridge. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck over the river, saw a pair of mallards, swans, Canada geese, a turtle and a water snake in just a short time frame. The house was comfortable, and meet our needs.”

“I have stayed at many rental properties across the world over the list 10+ years and this is one of my top favorites. The house was a great size for 9 of us - comfy beds, 3 full baths with plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked with more appliances, cutlery, and dishware than I've ever had at any other rental property, and a big full basement. It was cold but the kids still hiked, and played outside. Definitely a summer home town. Ryan was very responsive to all my questions, great communicator……

“This property was within walking distance to pretty much everything. The Art and BBQ Festival was happening the same weekend as our stay. We were able to walk there and back easily. The beach is so close, the dune buggy rentals and the dunes themselves are also very close. It was perfect for our trip!”

“We decided to take my 88 year old mom back to the town she grew up in. Rather than stay at relatives, we rented here and what a wonderful decision that was. Communications both before and after the rental were great. But the house was what really stood out. It is new and beautiful. A large open floor plan made it so convenient to have family over. And the master suite on the first floor meant no steps for mom. The location was also stellar. So convenient to walk downtown, to the musical……

“Decided last minute to spend 3 days with family. Have traveled to Michigan for 30 years but have never visited the Silver Lake area. The area and the house were both hidden gems for our family. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to relax or have fun including private lakefront access a few hundred feet away from the front door. Nice kitchen with spacious counter, huge firepit, outdoor hot water shower, huge yard, and another firepit at the lake for watching beautiful sunsets.……

While we never needed to contact the owners for anything, they were wonderful about checking in to be sure everything was going smoothly, as well as checking to see if we needed anything. We're already thinking of a second trip. You will not be disappointed ☀”

“The property was quiet and in a great location, our neighbors in the camper were very friendly also seen them on the dunes and meet their kids great time. Hot tub was amazing will definitely consider this property again. Few things they can add is a mop, dust pan, and a small vacuum. Other than that it was great.”

“The house was wonderful, a definite 5 star house with a large open living area and plenty of sleeping spaces. Very clean and nicely decorated. Nice large gathering area in the kitchen. Everything we needed was there, all kitchen appliances and utensils etc. Fun to hang out on the deck or in the hot tub looking out over the lake . We opted to pay extra for use of the Pontoon boat provided which was fun to do leisurely trips around the lake. The only downside of the property was the many geese……
