「I ended up having to pay a two night stay that I didn't even use because when I canceled with the owner in July for an August date, he didn't inform me that I needed to also call and cancel with the platform until the day of my arrival, and wouldn't accept any responsibility. It's advertised for $125 per night but by the time you're finished with fees and taxes - it's really $250 per night.」

「The Stone Bluff Cabin is beautiful inside and out! If you want a relaxing retreat to reset and recharge this is the place! We enjoyed watching the trains, eagles and the river. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable. The interior of this place is unique and gorgeous! We could tell the owners put a lot of love into this place. Just a quick drive to Savanna for lunch, antique and thrift store shopping. We cannot wait to come back!」

「Except for getting a little lost before finding the cabin all was wonderful. The place was cozy and clean. Lynda supplies you with just anout evrrything you need. We brought fishing rods...she hsd them. We brought bsthroom and shower liquids and she hsd them There were snacks and even some food in the fridge.Unfortunately.our plans were cut short due to a medical problem. 」

「The property was beautiful. It was remote and the scenery was picturesque. The sound traveled oddly clear over the lake. We could make out distict voices from the house across the way although it was too far to see them. We didn't mind the noise, though. The problem was that there was no wifi, no bath towels, no hand towels, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and no broom. We had to go to the closest walmart 25 minutes away to buy these basic amenities for ourselves. There was a canoe and paddle...

「Very peaceful view. Lots of birds, fish jumping in the water, barges (can drive up the road about 20 mins to see the barges go through the lock and dam which was cool!). Quiet area and didn't hear or see any neighbors really.Kitchen has almost everything you'd need. Although we didn't use it, the washer and dryer has detergent.」
