Expedia was more of the issue. My reservation was never received. Aliz had to call them. Got it worked out but took way to long to check in. Aliz does need more front desk help but the place is clean and modern. Very small rooms so be prepared if your not used to that. Bed was very comfortable.
The property was great, the location to everything was either a walk away or you could easily catch the subway. The only thing that we thought would have been at the hotel was a laundry facility. Other than that, fantastic service & stay. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again
