“Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer.”

“This property was under construction! We felt like we were in a 3rd world country! The walls were bare, the carpet in the room was very bad.”

“The room is clean and having great amenities. I like the kitchenette in particular. The gym and pool are lovely. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staffs. They’re not only helpful but also friendly! Highly recommend !”

“The bedside light was missing the lightbulb. There were some stains on the curtain separating the bathroom area and the sleeping area. It didn’t feel super family oriented which was what we would have preferred, but the stay was okay. Also, the room was pretty muggy on arrival and took a while to cool down.”

“WORST EXPERIENCE of my life. Felt like I was in a bad bad dream. Very basic. Woke body hurting, coughing, sore throat. Looked at the air filter, pretty sure black mold. Do NOT stay here. If you do grab a respirator.”

The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor.”

“My stay at this property was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room I was given was uninhabitable. There was a strong musty and smoky odor and the door latch was broken. The toilet was completely backed up and unusable, and there were multiple bugs in the room.. including a centipede crawling up the wall behind the bed as I was leaving. These are not minor issues; they made the room unsafe, unsanitary, and impossible to stay in. When I questioned why I was being charged at……
