“Our stay in Milford was so great, we wanted to extend our stay. But this great property superseded our expectations. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness, However, the cleaner missed some details in the bathroom. Nathan was amazing with communication. The place is stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Thank you for allowing us to experience your rental.”

“The loft is adorable in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the University of Michigan campus. The loft was neat and clean with just about everything we needed (a couple of wine glasses would have been an added bonus). The bathroom had an amazing large shower with awesome water pressure. Note that there is not an actual kitchen, but there was the convenience of a microwave, coffee pot, and small refrigerator. The bed was super comfortable. Super clean, very nicely decorated/updated (nothing worse than a vacation rental filled with someone else’s chotchkies and household junk - not the case here) and a great location. “Perfect location in downtown AnnArbor. You could walk to everything ! The apartment was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The ONLY negative were the baseboards in the one bathroom, they really need to be replaced. I would highly recommend The Mitten House. I would definitely return.”
