Horseshoe Las Vegas
Hallways were left uncleaned the entire 5 day stay. Stayed on floor 19 and the same garbage was seen every day we stayed meaning staff saw the trash on the floor and just left it. For me, that's bad customer service. The location is of course great but just disappointing to see such a lack of care ...

Paris Las Vegas Resort & Casino
Rooms were clean check in was great. Only issue is room service went into room and didn’t clean up they just looked and left. Check out was good and took care of charges for mistake thank you and answered all questions for us.

MGM Grand Hotel & Casino
The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We had to wait a little bit in line to check in, but the girl was very nice and made sure that all aspects of our stay was taken care of. We liked that we could include the parking fee to our room and just exit with our room key.
