「This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. 「Lovely staff, delicious food, gorgeous pool, wonderful yoga and massages! A special place far from the madding crowd. If it’s relaxation you’re after this is the place to go. Just be aware, before you book, the transfers (via boat or helicopter) are extremely expensive! The only other negative is the communal areas could do with an update & soft furnishings (chair pads/cushions etc) need a clean. 」

「Spent 3 nights in Qualia during our visit to Great Barrier Reef. The staffs were generally friendly and helpful. Dinner in the long pavilion was awesome but be prepared for its high price. Taste menu is highly recommended. Overall speaking it's definitely a 5 star resort. However, with the money you spent ( at least 1250 USD per night, half board), you will surely expect something more unique and personal. 」
