「The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays.」

「Great location, close to main area of Airlie beach, plenty of choice of restaurant nearby. Close to pier for joining the local tour to great barrier reef」

「This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. And most importantly, the island itself is just so unreal. Every spot you go, every activities you...

「 Everything is good but there was a cockroach in our room😱」

「I loved my stay…it is a tropical paradise, I will miss waking up first thing sitting on my little balcony with my first coffee for the day and enjoying all the beautiful birdsong. watching gorgeous butterflies fluttering everywhere. Walking the trails. Dips in the sea and lazing around the pool. Cocktails on the beach watching the sun go down Peace and quiet was what I was looking for and I definitely found it here . I would love to stay another time in the future. Thank you Palm Bay for a...

「This resort is brilliant for relaxing. Only 20 adults on site at any time, which provides a great ambience and chilled vibe. The transfers are magical - we chose the helicopter in, and the boat out. The food was terrific and the accommodation very good with great views. The resort is highly recommended!」

「Amazing stay at this property 10/10」

「Spent 3 nights in Qualia during our visit to Great Barrier Reef. The staffs were generally friendly and helpful. Dinner in the long pavilion was awesome but be prepared for its high price. Taste menu is highly recommended. Overall speaking it's definitely a 5 star resort. However, with the money you spent ( at least 1250 USD per night, half board), you will surely expect something more unique and personal. 」

「Efficient check in communication via email Near downtown, stunning view 」
