Luxury Private Apartment on Hamilton Island

Spacious apartment with quality indoor furniture. Patio lounges in poor condition, BBQ very dirty and obviously not cleaned in a long time therefore unusable, internal paintwork in poor condition, washing machine/dryer not working, no toaster and no replacement available. This apartment has lovely views but is in need of upgrading, a thorough clean and maintenance.
