“Cabin is located on prime spot with beautiful view of the Rifle River. Cozy and quiet; exceptionally clean; well-stocked kitchen; beds very comfortable. Rained on and off the whole time, but it we still enjoyed campfires at night, and the raindrops falling on the river added to the serenity of this beautiful cabin. Highly recommend; will return this summer or fall to enjoy the river.”

“When you arrive the outside appearance is simple & tidy. Upon entering you find an over the top clean home. The quality of the cleanliness & very new carpet gives the whole place a clean & fresh appearance. Kitchen is adequate with all new appliances. But it is small, especially the frig. I would make sure to have a cooler for the porch to keep drinks in if you are bringing in much food or beverage. Noted issues include a leaf-strewn driveway, a hazardous bathroom doorknob, litter on the floor, dismantled smoke detector, layer of dust on the sofa, & handprints clearly visible on glass sliding door. The lawn was over 12 inches tall, it was difficult to access outdoor amenities. I called the number provided in the guest binder around 8pm.
