The property was really nice in an area that is not so nice. We enjoyed the house very much but were not big on the noise from the street all day and night. Loved the upstairs deck and the downstairs covered patio. The amenities in the add say that this house is suitable for seniors and children. I wouldn’t recommend it due to the stairs plus no baby gates for very young children. The kitchen was very nice but the dishes left a lot to be desired. 3 dinner plates? Mismatched flatware and cups. All in all it was nice with huge fenced back yard for our dog. Nice of the owner to supply dog supplies like food and water bowl mat and dog towels for wiping wet or dirty feet. There is no dining room up or down but there is a nice table and chairs stacked up in the garage. We didn’t need to use it but I could see setting it up for meals in the very clean garage or outside patio. Lots of supplied games was also a nice touch.
