This 3300 square foot house is stepless accessible from the garage. The main floor has no steps or level changes. This house is great for large families. Large finished basement with lots of room for kids to play. Pet friendly with no pet fee. Garage and driveway has parking for 7 vehicles. Level 2 EV charger located in the garage. Driveway can accommodate an RV. There are many bicycles of all sizes to ride around the neighborhood.
We offer a classic craftsman house with modern amenities. It is located in a picturesque, safe and quiet community. Inside this open concept house, enjoy a cozy gas fireplace with your family. All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses with waterproof hypoallergenic mattress encasement. All the pillows are also encased in waterproof hypoallergenic covers. The master bedroom comes with a large king bed and spacious en suite with a big bath tub. Two more bedrooms on the main floor have full sized and twin beds. The large bedroom downstairs is furnished with a queen bed, a full bed, and a twin bed. The spacious furnished basement gives everyone plenty of room to hang out. As a bonus there is a massage table.
Close to a highway and all major retailers, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment including: Dillons Grocery, McDonald's, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Ross, Sam's, Dave and Busters, Top Golf, Chicken and Pickle and many more . Also close to Greenwich Place Shopping Center, Towne East Square Mall, Koch Industries, Wichita State University - WSU, Wichita Sports Forum, Wichita Hoops, Wichita Edge Sports Complex, National Center for Aviation Training | WSU Tech, Hartman & Intrust Bank Arena, Eagle Lake Park, Bel Aire Park, Bel Air Recreation Center, El Dorado Lake and many more!

Stayed 12 days, home is wonderful with every amenity a home could have. Toys and games for kids are plentiful! As described, highly recommended and we will be returning again for a longer stay in the future. It was perfect for visiting family in Kansas and having our kids and grandchildren visiting and staying with us while we were there. Hosts were VERY accommodating and welcoming!

This house and community were amazing! Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to town for easy access but far enough away to feel secluded. The host were great! We went here as a group for a hunting trip but are seriously considering a return visit with family for a vacation.

We had an excellent stay. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. We were in town for my Father’s funeral and they dropped off egg rolls for my family. This is our second time staying and will definitely return. We love they are family and pet-friendly.

The hosts were very kind and welcoming. The communication was excellent. I received immediate answers to all of my questions. The house was clean and ready. The only negative (and I did not drop the rating due to this, because it would only affect a small percentage of people), this house is described as wheelchair accessible. I am in a wheelchair and was excited to find this listing. However, the ramp in the garage has a much larger amount of grade than the ADA limit. My husband could not push me up the last third of the ramp. My daughter finally came in the garage to help push, or we would not have made it. Once we got in the house, we found that my wheelchair would not go through the door to the master bedroom. I switched to my walker, and it went into the bedroom, but not the bathroom. Please be aware of this if you have mobility access needs.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house and rooms are just as pictured with everything you could need available. Including a ramp and wide pathways for easy movement through the main level of the house with a wheel chair. The host was great with communicating and really made us feel welcomed. This host and house was perfect for our weekend getaway and we would gladly recommend it to others!

Volleyball team camp

We have stayed at this house when we come for volleyball three summers. The house is the perfect size and location to the camp. Great communication with the host Tod. We even got egg rolls delivered this year and the players loved them. Looking forward to staying again next summer.

If you are staying in Wichita, I would recommend this house. There is plenty of space and a well planned floor plan layout for families. The house has a well stocked kitchen if you plan on doing cooking at the house.The location is great with easy access to get around Wichita.The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to a few questions that I had.The neighborhood is very nice, safe and great for going on walks if want to.

Great place for a family stay

This is an incredibly beautiful home. There was so much room that all my family felt comfortable. With the basement downstairs and the garage and the living room we were able to connect and then have our own space if we needed some quiet time. We would definitely consider returning in the future. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond and had everything set up perfectly for us. 10/10!!
