Overnight stay

We came in town for the Eorld of Outlaws sprintcar race and needed a place to stay over night. Found a great place! Beds were very comfortable and house very clean. Didnt expect much for a one night stay but this was grea great.

Great Casa!!!

The house was so comfy cozy. We are from AR & stayed here for our grandson’s 2nd Bday. The host was friendly & answered any/all of my questions. We had a great time, everything you need. Would definitely stay again when in KS!

Great price!

We needed a place while traveling to Derby KS. Traveling with 4 grandkids we wanted something simple and efficient. This was it! Short drive to Derby, we relaxed and it was so reasonably priced. Quiet neighborhood, very responsive host. We would stay again.

Clean, but dated property

Had a very short overnight stay. Property is in an older part of town. Was clean but definitely on the more dated side. It's an older home with old smells and creaky floors. Beds were comfortable, the price was right and it worked just fine for our quick stay. Would consider staying again in the future.

Perfect Property

We were in town for a weekend volleyball tournament and wanted more space than your typical hotel stay. Everyone had their own room to relax and recharge. Beds were comfortable, everything was CLEAN. It was nice to sit on the front porch and drink my coffee in the mornings before a busy day. It wasn’t fancy, but much better than a hotel. We will keep this property on our radar for next years tournament!

This little house was clean and perfect for my family, while visiting the area, however there are a lot of things in the house where it is clear, repairs were done by someone who has no clue what they are doing. I also recived a reaponce, from the host, over a day later.

Christmas with Family

Communication was awesome!! Walls were dirty, broken window and screen,also cracked wall where faucet comes out into bathtub.. There was no propane so we were unable to grill. The bottom of the faucet ring pulls down to start shower. All together though the house was cute and in a quiet neighborhood and the price was great!! I would stay again if in Wichita

Exactly What We Needed

In short, the house was clean, comfortable, and perfect size on a budget. My wife, 1 year old, and myself stayed here over a weekend. The house was exactly what they stated online. It for sure was cozy and had the room we needed for the short stay, and the price was great. We read some reviews that the location was bad, but if you know Wichita it's pretty standard. It's not a luxury neighborhood but it was just fine. The reviews about parking is correct. There are a lot of cars parked on the street, but having a driveway made this a non issue. The reviews about the yard being overgrown is true, but I still played with our child in both the back and front yard and found it a non-issue. Beds being clean and comfortable is a must for me, and this house delivered on that. This is not a negative remark on the house but it is an older house, and older houses have older smells. House in Wichita

The house was clean, the beds was okay. We where in town for a basketball tournament, we booked 3 nights but only stayed 2 because the neighborhood was not the best. The day we got there we were followed by a car, we didn’t stop at the house we kept driving and got back on the interstate and they finally went around us after following us 3-4 miles on the interstate. We went back to the house, the grass was super tall in the front and back of the house. The trees / bushes in the front of the house was grown up taller then the house and you couldn’t walk on the sidewalk so you had to walk in the tall grass. The shower had a window on the side of it. My daughter played late Friday night, so we didn’t get back to the house til late. Cars was parked in the street and it was hard to get into the driveway bc there is no room.

We had a very nice stay here when visiting family. I had to call the host at 9:45pm to ask a question and she answered the phone right away and provided me with what I needed. House was clean and comfortable. It definitely provided ample space for the three of us which is what we wanted. It’s definitely a better option than a hotel if you need more space and freedom of movement at the same price or even lower than some hotel options. We will stay there again.
