The first part of this review I thought I was doing for another hotel in Topeka that was not very good. This property has 5 stars all the way around and I enjoyed our stay. Very clean, nice staff, good location for amenities. Shopping and dining.

Right after arriving we realized the couch in our suite was not clean. There was human and animal hair all over it. There was crusted spots in multiple spots on all sides of the cushions. There was trash, crumbs and candy under the cushions and on the pull out mattress. I asked the feont desk

This is a nice hotel in a good location. Several places to eat and shop are nearby. Pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee. Staff member at check-in was very nice and gave me a room convenient to the pet walking area. Thank you!

This was a very good place to stay. There are a few restaurants and shops around the area, and the area around the hotel is generally quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The only negative is that the walls are somewhat "thin", so you can hear people in the next room pretty easily, although not well enough to hear conversations.
