We enjoyed our stay in this great house. It’s exactly as it shows online. The decor takes you bacl to a fun time! The beds are all very comfortable as is the living room space. The kitchen was fantastic allowing us to cook several great meals. The neighborhood is quiet and close drive to anything you need.

Great location, clean and cozy

Great location and easy to get just about anywhere you want to go in Wichita. Really cute and clean property. It is older and might not be great for light sleepers who have people who use the restroom in the middle of the night (old house with loud stairs and floors). We really enjoyed our stay, comfy beds!

Sweet Little Home

Love the decor and location of this clean, well-appointed, comfortable home. We’ve enjoyed our stay here twice now and look forward to staying again when hubby and I are visiting our daughter. Communication with Alex has always been excellent. Easy check-in/check-out.

This property is great along with the neighborhood and the host! Amazing communication between the host and our group, they made sure we were doing well and got settled in. Location is in a great neighborhood and right near everthing you may need such as grocery or gas! The property is fully stocked with everthing you may need along with amenities such as washer and dryer! Our group gave a 10/10 and really enjoyed it, very spacious and cozy, we would definitely stay again!

Cute Place

The house is an older house, but they have redone it very cute! Yes, the floors are super creaky and when the first person gets up and starts walking around, everyone else will wake up due to the noisy floors. But just bring ear plugs! lol...it's a cute place and would stay here again.

Cute Place

Decorated very cute! Definitely an older house but with modern touches. Location was pretty convenient to areas in Wichita as well. Host was easy to communicate with if needed. There were plenty of bath towels, however only 1 wash cloth(not huge in the scheme of things but would have been nice if there were a couple more). It was fun that they had a selfie stand with a ring light. Overall it was a nice place to stay for the weekend.

Roaring stay in Riverside

I arrived after dark, which made it a bit challenging to find my way in. A small motion-activated light by the entrance would be very helpful for late arrivals. The space itself is cozy and beautifully decorated. The floors do creak and are sloped, as other reviews mentioned, but it adds to the charm of the place. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even though it's just a few blocks from a school, the stay was very quiet! The coffee setup wasn’t exactly as pictured; they provided a large container of Folgers coffee and a reusable pod, so it’s a good idea to bring your own creamers or specialty coffee if you prefer. The TV in the living area was having issues freezing up and not working well. The updated kitchen and in-unit laundry were fantastic conveniences. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again!
