"It’s an excellent hotel. The staff was outstanding. The happy hour kickoff was great and so was the breakfast.. the only problem I had there should be an easier way to check out even when you use like Expedia. Cause right now if you use someone other than the hotel website to book, you have to go to the parking garage back your car up then drive clear around to the front of the hotel. Go inside to check out. It would be so much easier if you could just check out on the TV app or something other than having to go through all the extra steps that is the only thing wrong with this hotel."

"Room was clean and check in staff was friendly and helpful when showing us about parking. The lighting in the room was kind of bare and dark in some areas and didn’t love that the only sink area was directly in the bathroom in the way of everything but for a quick weekend trip it wasn’t too bad."

"During our two day stay, on day one, the toilet would not flush and it took a whole day before anyone came to fix it. Had to go the the main level to use a restroom. Also, the onsite restarant, the Tin Lizard staff were not good servers. Drinks were empty and we felt like a burden"
