The staff of the reception was very kind, attentive, immediate action and ready to help with any question we had. For example at the checkin we asked for an iron and when we went to our room, the iron was there already. The staff during the breakfast was also very nice. The food was good. It is a good location. We were able to go for a nice walk + many facilities nearby. We have already plan to go back to the hotel next year. We hope in the future there will be a little fridge and a kettle in the room. We recommend the hotel to anyone going to Austria

The hotel had KO air conditioning and they claimed was broken and couldn't be fixed during our stay, this made every night unbearable in the heat. There was also not reception or bar services for two of our days staying at the hotel

Avoid

Really poor service, rooms were clean but no air conditioning and room was like a sauna. On a train line so kept awake by the heat and trains. No reception staff after 6pm so if anything needed you had to wait until the following morning. Breakfast really poor, no toaster for toast and no hot food.

Hotel was clean however was brand new, continental breakfast was a bit off a let down, didnt think there was much of an option, couldnt even get a bit of toast even thought toast machine were there but werent allowed to use.. Air-con also wasnt working and it being very warm outside it was uncomfortable to sleep in.. Didnt get any information from the hotel about aircon not working before arrival.. Also no staff about at nite if needed for any issues or emergencies..

Modernes Hotel. Badezimmer sehr geräumig, Betten bequem, Zimmer schön. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Lage: direkt in Wieselburg, daher auch etwas lauter. Uns war die Nähe zur Erlaufschlucht wichtig.
