The spacious living room features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with four chairs, a smart TV, a comfortable pull-out couch for relaxing, a small desk with a chair, a small balcony for relaxing with two chairs and a small table overlooking the parking lot, and a bedroom with a 180x200cm box spring bed and two single beds (90x200cm). The bathroom has a toilet, a shower, a washing machine, and a heat-pump dryer. SAP, MLP, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, Heidelberg, Schwetzingen Castle, Sinsheim, Hoffenheim, Speyer, and the Hockenheim Motor Racing Circuit, among others, making it perfect for relaxation. Ideal for your vacation or work stay in the Rhine-Neckar district.
