Once you have booked the non refundable room they tell you a $300 cash wire transfer is to be made for a security deposit with your state issued ID. I called because this is nowhere stated and was immediately hung up on. Expedia “customer service” made several attempts to contact the property to which there was never an answer. I was stuck with zero and I mean zero help from Expedia. There is a similar review that was made recently as well. I...

「This was a very peaceful and fabulous stay. The room was beautiful and comfortable, I had no issues with noise as I had seen in other reviews. The breakfast options were pretty generous and I felt very relaxed the whole time. Thank you for a lovely stay!」

「I loved where this hotel was located. It was convenient to get to most places and the Ubers weren’t too expensive. The restaurant located inside the hotel was great. Happy hour was offered and the food was delicious. The staff was very nice and gave us bottled water whenever we asked for it. Elevator was a bit old and at times the door was finicky, but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!」

「The live in staff needs some extreme customer service in in a personal interaction training. There is a tall white guy that lives on site and he is extremely disrespectful, and need towards the guest. We asked customer spend hours money in the hopes that experience would be a great one. And I’m also hoping that it’s not about my race for the reason this man decided to be very rude and ignorant towards me this morning.」

「You cannot beat the location. The property is bare bones. Room was clean but carpet was needing a shampooing. Know that it’s not a staffed location at all times, so if you need anything, it could be a while. Luckily, if you lock yourself out they have lock boxes on outside.」
