"Stained carpeting, appearance of large spots of pee. Very old and run down."

"Nice large room. Was clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice. My only complaint is the TV. Totally locked out of settings. Picture was too dark and could hardly see what I was watching. And couldn't use my Roku because input selection also locked. Bring your tablet for entertainment."

"Walked into lobby to check in, and only thing i could hear was a voice yelling can i help you (come to find out it was on the camera system) finally a person came to check me in, get signed in and given 1 key for the room. Get to the room and it was hot in there. The shower had fresh water in it, there was urine on the top of the toliet, there was stuff screwed in place, and lamps powering other lamps. The amout of foot traffic in the parking lot was ridiculous for the short time i was there. "

"Room smelled musty, bathroom floor was very dirty, several chips in bathtub, overall did not look clean. Hotel is definitely showing its age and badly needs a major renovation. This is the worst Holiday Inn Express and Suites I have ever stayed at. Will not be returning."
