"This is a nice property that's had love and care poured into restoring it. The property is however over-marketed (and over-priced) in our opinion. Expedia market as a 'cottage' and the pin shows a central Woolacombe location. Its actually in a holiday/residential park above Woolacombe. The park its in has a run down feel to it and the first impression was of deep disappointment. Once you've moved in then its a lovely property on the inside. "We arrived to enjoy a Xmas break with family and our pets. The cottage was amazing, clean warm and spacious. We cooked Xmas dinner, all the facilities were there and we popped down to the beaches and local pubs and shops.Jon and Caroline were lovely, and left us to enjoy Jasmine Cottage."
