“Everything about Cobblestone stood out from the other hotels I’ve stayed at across 4300 miles and 3 weeks. I pulled into an empty parking lot during the off season in a snow storm hoping for the best. I’d stayed in hotels ranging in price, a few of which were located on the water or other prime real estate and everyone one of them had been an overpriced disappointment. Cobblestone reinvigorated my faith in the hospitality industry. I was met with Seattles Best Coffee in the lobby when I walked……
