Just steps away from the beach, and close to Centennial Park and Sunset Lake, you can enjoy walking, biking and other recreation. Enjoy happy hour on the balcony and watch the sunset. Our condo is spacious, clean and comfortable. Two assigned parking spots come with the condo. The kitchen is fully functional with quality cookware. 3 Bedrooms with 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 singles. 3 bathrooms. New AC, fresh paint, new rugs and floors. Bike rack.
