The unit was very clean and appears just as it is in the pictures. The four bedrooms -with queen beds and No bunk beds- appealed to us as our children are grown and gone with no young children of their own. There is plenty of free parking across the street on the weekdays.

Great stay

Everything went smoothly. All instructions for check in and check out we clear and easy to follow. The place was clean. Rooms were adequate. The looking was a nice size with plenty of seating for our group.

Great place

Apartment was great and very spacious. It’s down the street from boardwalk, a little bit of a walk, which was fine. It was great to have a grill and benches outside also. Any questions we had were handled quickly and very professionally. Would definitely stay there again.

We have left the rental.I would not stay there again. Dishes and silverware were dirty. Seems to have been put away that way from previous renters.Stains on the furniture in the living room.The rental has dust everywhere ie registers, doorways,cabinets.Mop strands on the floor stuck to the chairs We left the place in better condition than when we arrived.Bathroom in the hallway is to small.You are forced to sit sideways on the toilet.

Cute & Clean

My girlfriends and I came to Wildwood for the Barefoot Country Music Fest. We found this rental on VRBO. It suited our needs, the place was clean, close to festival. It was a little further of a walk than we anticipated, but not too far, about a 10 minute walk. It had everything we needed for our long weekend.

Cute and clean, quiet neighborhood, close enough to beach and our baseball tournament

Property managed well, check-in and out was easy. Cute and clean. Unit C and A connect via a door in the kitchen. Nice feature if you have a large party. Stove in Unit C needs replaced as it set off the fire alarm several times. Wasn’t sure about the neighborhood, but it was very quiet.

The dishes, cookware, pots & pans were all very dirty. The AC filter is black & we were all getting sick. The stove wouldn’t turn on by itself and also took way too long to cook anything. The fans in all the rooms move to the point where they look like they are going to fall. We wouldn’t need the fans but the air conditioner doesn’t get the rooms down to the temperature it’s set at. We were also woken up every morning around 4am due to the company next door. On the discharge instructions it said to clean/ make our own beds, strip them, and basically clean the whole apartment even though they charged a cleaning fee. I reached out to multiple people with no response. Terrible unit and customer service.

A quiet location within walking distance to the beach

We stayed Aug 2023 as two families with 4 children ranging from ages 1-19. It was perfect for our families. Far enough away that it was quiet in the evenings and approximately a 10 minute straight walk to the boardwalk/beach. The host was extremely fast at responding to all my questions before and during our trip. The home was just as described. Bedding/towels were there when we arrived. The bedrooms were the perfect size with one having 2 queen beds to accommodate 2 adults and a child. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We met the maintenance man during our stay and chatted for awhile. He was extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning for years to come. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

The house itself was okay — not perfect, but it worked for our group and was a good fit for a quick weekend trip.What we liked:The private front door and hallway made the place feel more like our own space.There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably.We appreciated that towels, linens, soap, toilet paper, etc. were included — very convenient.The grills were great for cooking, and the AC worked really well.The parking situation was easy, and it was within walking distance to a grocery store and beer store.Communication with the rental agents was smooth — they were helpful and responsive throughout the process.What could be improved:The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes — not a dealbreaker, and we knew that ahead of time, but worth noting.The ceiling fans were noisy and felt a bit unstable on higher settings.The living room couches weren’t the most comfortable.All the TVs were fairly outdated and had grainy cable — it would be great if at least the main living room had a smart TV.The master bedroom is right next to the Wildwood water utility building, so there were loud noises each morning from trucks and dumpsters being moved.Overall, the place had what we needed and we made the most of it. For a quick weekend trip, it worked well — and with a few updates, it could be even better.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Negatives: The place was not on a very nice block in Wildwood. There was no hot water the day we arrived and it was fixed the following morning. The place was not clean. There were popcorn kernels and fingernail clippings on the floor and a baby cookie on the table when we arrived, none of which were ours. Positives: It was big enough for our group. The Powers Group was responsive to our hot water issue.

We did have problems with accessing the wifi as the provided password didn't work and couldn't get resolved through agent. Would have been nice to have a hook in the bathroom for the hand towel. The fans rattled. Distance to beach was not bad at all. Felt very safe walking around. Having parking was very nice. Overall was a very good rental for our vacation.

We LOVED this unexpected little spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our little group had a great stay in this multiple bedroom unit. Not only was it comfortable for a relatively large group, but we enjoyed sitting out front at the picnic table. Since we had children in our group, we really appreciated the easy "out-front" parking and the safety of the "upstairs" living space. The steps made it a lot less likely that a child would leave without an adult knowing. We also enjoyed the "off the beaten path" aspect of this location One would think that it being situated near Wildwood's sanitation processing plant might cause unpleasant smells or sights, however this was not the case as far as we experienced. In fact, the kids (and adults 😉) found it fun to wave at the 'san-men' as they passed by during the day. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks for such a great spot in which to spend our short vacation!

Great Stay!

This was a lovely spot for a large group of people. The adjoining door to both condos was great to help ensure everyone had a space to sleep, but allowed us to still all be together. Sheets were provided, but no blankets so be sure to bring those and extra pillows.

Adequate for intention

Clean place. Linen company very friendly and quick to respond. Description was a little obscure for us. This is a 4 bedroom with 5 Queen beds. (1 room has 2 beds) living area has two futons. Two baths. Decent enough place to lay your head at night but bring blankets. Sheets provided but no blankets.

Easy entry, extremely clean + clearly cared for home, and good distance from the beach/boardwalk and Wawa! The location is not far from the beach. 15-20 minute walk depending on who is walking. The facilities are basic, but has what you need. We had nine people and was good for two nights.
