Suberb situation in Wildwood

Great place for two family really well place near the beach and boardwalk.

Overall fine - good location, but dirty, safety concerns and getting a hold of someone was awful.

Check in process was a nightmare. We were told a code for a lockbox in the back of the property and when we got there a lockbox on the back of the property didn’t exist and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone for over 30 mins. We had the owner of the condo upstairs call the agent at which point we finally got a hold of someone. We get into the property and it looks orderly, but the floors hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned. The cabinets with cookware and utensils were gross. The sliding glass door didn’t have a lock (looks like it was removed) and the safety bar at the bottom as a second layer of protection was also broken. Someone could have easily climbed on a car and entered the property through the balcony. The balcony furniture was dirty and very wet. It was nice to have a washer/dryer and outdoor shower to clean off from the beach. We liked the garage so we didn’t have to bring sandy stuff upstairs. Overall it’s fine, we lived, but I wouldn’t stay again unless safety upgrades were made to the door and a different cleaning staff was hired.

We had a great time. Near the beach and in between the 2 main ride piers on the boardwalk.

Love the place

we loved the place. It is in great location, very close to boardwalk. the shower outside made it easy to go sand-free inside the house. we didn't have to drive our car back and front from the beach. The communication with the owner was great and considerate. We will rent again.

Not Happy !!!!!

The house was not clean and the upper unit was very nosey. We had to wash the floors when we arrived. My granddaughter was walking around without her shoes and her socks were black. Then she took her socks off and her feet were black. Someone missed something.
