Inside, you’ll find a warmly furnished living area, complete with sofa, TV, and electric fireplace for added coziness. The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a full meal or simply enjoy a fresh brewed Nespresso cup of coffee. The kitchen is also stocked with cooking supplies, including a waffle maker (complete with mix and syrup for a quick homemade breakfast!). The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, with full bath facilities, including a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.





However, the most stunning feature which will take your breath away is the custom outside shower and soaker tub! Situated with privacy and mountain views, this wonderful escape will complete your getaway experience! (Note - an outside heating unit has been installed for the chilly winter days and nights!)





The outside space also includes a wraparound front and side porch, perfect for viewing gorgeous mountainside sunsets. A fire pit is just off the back porch to enjoy quiet evenings around a warm fire (and for making s’mores!). There's also a gas grill for cooking up a delicious meal while you enjoy the view!

NOTE: There is a train track in the area, so please be aware that you may hear them passing during your stay.



HOUSE RULES:



- Primary Renter must be 25 or older

- Dog-friendly (please see specifics below)

- Smoking / vaping strictly prohibited

- No parties, excessive noise, or events are allowed

- Quiet hours are 9:00 PM until 8:00 AM

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (2 people) at any time



PETS:



This is a dog-friendly property. We welcome 2 DOGS - with additional consideration upon request. All dogs must be in a crate when guests are not at the home and must be on a leash when outdoors to comply with local laws and as there are other pets/wildlife in the area. To keep the property/neighborhood clean and tidy, please pick up after your dog(s) with provided waste bags.

Please understand that you are surrounded by nature and there is wildlife to be conscious of; you may come across bugs, mice, snakes, rabbits, etc.
