Excellent Location

This property is huge and in an excellent location, just a few blocks from the beach. It is a very old house, but has been updated in many ways. However, there is not central AC, as each room has a window unit. Overall, this property was a good fit for our group. GREAT wrap around porch for socializing any time of day. Caddy corner from Catholic Church, so that was nice and convenient. The property was clean and the communication was very good. Only drawback was there is a family on the top floor of the house (didn't know when we rented), and some of our younger kids bothered them. I highly recommend this unit.
